From a buzzing new generation of up and coming Canadian artists, Toronto’s Booggz is one to look out for. The young rapper from the Scarborough ends has been sitting on a huge Drake co-sign in the city. His singles like “Black Challenger” “Recount it” , “10 Thousand” and more have been featured on multiple OVO Sound Radio Episodes. Booggz is one name that has been consistently part of Oliver El-Khatib‘s radio playlists. Along with having Toronto on fire and having people excited about his music, Booggz has a lot to look forward to. Starting with this video for a New Single titled “Tha Noose” which captures him stunting outside a barnyard in his authentic Canadian steez aka his Canada Goose and ski goggles.
In a line Booggz explained the process which went behind the song:
“It’s been a crazy couple of months for me and I felt like this was the best vibe in order to make a statement.”
